Black Nurses Rock Awards encourages others to celebrate and recognize individual nurses who excel in their chosen fields. Nurses are nominated by their peers for their passion, leadership, mentorship, and service to the community.
All nominations will be reviewed and scored by a distinguished Selection Committee chaired by Junia Gurganious.
Recognize an official Black Nurses Rock recipient of the year who possesses a high level of achievement amidst adversity and challenges. The Black Nurses Rock recipient of the year (free membership for one year, trophy/plaque, featured article in the BNR Magazine with Media Coverage with national recognition. This nurse shall possess outstanding leadership, community service, and inspiring attributes to the field of nursing. The official Black Nurses Rock recipient of the year will represent the face of the organization for one year. Recognize outstanding nurses in the areas of:

Award ceremony is scheduled for October 22nd, Chattanooga, TN at the Annual BNR Convention. Winner will be announced at this event; all nominations are encouraged to attend.
